Try protein shakes. I get 50 g of protein from my morning shake

i get protein from eggs every morning but probably half of that
after googling some i got vitamins d3, b complex, and some fish oil. might feel a difference with those after a few weeks

i highly recommend d3 if you're not taking it

My vitamins have 375% of Vitamin D but no D3.
