lost my old vape too, dammit. thought i lost my phone when i woke up but i found it thankfully. i don't like that feeling of being irresponsible. i may go back sometime, maybe next new years if that

i've been having legit migraines since last night, was vomiting from the pain. finally eased up a bit,  but still have a little headache, hope another one doesn't come back.

hangover day 3

starting to feel normal again. that one contends worst hangover ever, it's close. i will use this as a reminder next time, thats for damn sure

are your knees feeling any better?

walked rails for trails this morning, cold as fuck but it felt nice getting moving again after being a turd for a couple days, probably go again this week for the exercise
