Graduated USMC boot camp 15 years ago today.

went to walk the trails at prickett today. from there to the dam seems a lot longer than on a kayak, but its a cool stroll, a little hard on the joints after a while because of the flat concrete/gravel. was too tired to make it past the dam so i rested for a few minutes and went back. took about 3 1/2 hours. definitely a bike trail, i look forward to doing that this spring
i didn't go up the way towards rivesville, but i don't think it goes along the river at all. not sure how far it goes but i think only a few more miles. i definitely want to check it out more. maybe this weekend if it doesnt rain the whole time

That one camp spot on the east side of the river we stopped at floating from Fairmont, before Buffalo... I remember walking up there to piss and noticed the trail goes right through there.
