Reading that some bands are postponing releases of their new album until they're able to tour in support of it. Makes sense, business wise. New Lamb of God next week. Surprised it wasn't pushed back.

Mantar are releasing a cover ep this summer. Good pick of bands
The group have announced that they’ll release a ’90s covers EP, Grungetown Heroes II, June 26th on LP/Digital via Brutal Panda Records (there is not, as far as I can tell, a Grungetown Heroes I). It’ll feature the duo’s takes on tracks by Sonic Youth, L7, The Jesus Lizard, 7 Year Bitch, Babes in Toyland, and Mazzy Star

That was really good.
gave the new log a spin today and it bored me. Not that it's bad, just lamb of god by numbers. Maybe I'm just not into them anymore.
