The 90's

After watching the Seattle episode of Sonic Highways recently, it left me really nostalgic, but pretty depresed too. This place sucked since 2000.

In that Seattle episode, the first band they mentioned were The Sonics. Saying that was the band that was the most influential to the scene.

Supposedly they were too extreme for 1965 and didn't take off.

Definitely can jam this out on the water.

Was jamming their first two albums last night. They kept popping up when i was playing Dinosaur Jr radio. They have some good songs. They're a Sub Pop band. This weekend im going to listen through their roster.
