seen someone cutting grass at that house fred johnson cares for, think it was lisas husband, asked him if fred did anything about the house yet, and he said he thinks their selling it but renting out the bottom white part of the house. said they wanted to put new drywall up and stuff, i told him to tell fred i will rent it asap. hopefully he doesnt drag his feet for long

i'm sure it needs some work but i don't care as long as its still livable which i'm sure it is. it would be a good little pad. i can't find anything else around here that isn't a shithole with shitty landlords. i would be more than ok with giving my money to fred

Except now you quit smoking but just replaced it with another habit.  Why I figure it won't be long till vaping gets demonized like cigarettes. After it does it purpose you keep doing it and  it becomes your new addiction.
