Picked up a few of these at price cutters. 

Been using propel vitamin boost electrolyte packages in my water and they really do help a lot. No sugar and low calorie. Keeps the energy levels up

I seen those right beside those propel packs, havent tried any yet

I got to bed around 11 drank some propel this morning and feel decent. Drank probably 17 of those things

Had corporate change the radio station at the beav to 90s rock and for the most part it sounds like a mix tape I'd make. Even some sonic youth, local h, dinosaur jr along with all the classics
